Hands for Hearts: The 2012 Defiance County Fair (Aug 18-25) will be honoring Defiance County Veterans who have been awarded the PURPLE HEART MEDAL.

We are looking for quilters, knitters, etc to create an item using the colors Red, White and Blue.  Each item will feature a purple heart.  After the items are judged, they will be presented to Purple Heart Veterans in a special ceremony.    Also looking for Purple Heart Veterans residing in Defiance County.

Membership to the Agricultural Society:

Annual dues are $8, payable in advance.  Society memberships for the following calendar year shall be placed on sale no later than December 15 and shall remain on sale until fifteen (15) days before the date of annual election. All fractions of a year shall be counted as a full year. Must be 21 years of age to be a member and or director.
